CAFM Implementation and Optimization: Lead the implementation and optimization of CAFM systems for managing physical assets across the company's facilities.
- Asset Inventory Management: Develop and maintain comprehensive inventories of physical assets, including MEP/ELV and network equipment, infrastructure components, and support systems. Ensure accuracy and completeness of asset data within the CAFM system.
- Asset Tracking and Tagging: Establish protocols for tracking and tagging physical assets to facilitate identification, location tracking, and status monitoring. Implement barcode or similar tagging systems as needed.
- Maintenance Planning and Scheduling: Collaborate with maintenance teams to develop preventive maintenance schedules for critical assets based on manufacturer recommendations, regulatory requirements, and historical performance data stored in the CAFM system.
- Lifecycle Management: Develop strategies for managing the lifecycle of physical assets, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement or disposal. Utilize CAFM data to optimize asset lifespan and minimize total cost of ownership.
- Space Utilization Optimization: Analyze space utilization patterns and recommend optimizations to maximize efficiency and support changing business needs. Use CAFM data to identify underutilized areas and opportunities for consolidation or reconfiguration.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to asset utilization, maintenance compliance, and lifecycle performance. Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights to management and stakeholders.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices governing the management of physical assets, including safety, security, and environmental requirements.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors and service providers to procure, install, and maintain physical assets according to established specifications and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess and enhance CAFM processes and procedures to improve efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation in physical asset management practices.

**Qualification**
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
- Extensive experience in facilities management, asset management, or related fields, with a focus on CAFM systems implementation and utilization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative solutions to complex challenges in physical asset management.
