**Your Role & Responsibilities**
As a **Front Desk Executive**, you’ll be at the heart of our organization, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service. Your responsibilities include:
**1. Reception and Hospitality**:
- Welcome clients, visitors, and team members with warmth and professionalism.
- Create a positive and lasting first impression that reflects the values of Job Hub Global.
**2. Administrative Excellence**:
- Support our HR and Finance teams with unwavering dedication.
- Maintain organized records and assist in preparing documents and reports.
- Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and ensure seamless communication across departments.
**3. Office Management**:
- Keep the reception area tidy, professional, and inviting at all times.
- Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Oversee meeting room arrangements and ensure all facilities are ready for use.

- Address client queries and concerns with a solution-focused mindset.
- Build strong relationships through excellent service and attention to detail.
