Tufting Designer

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate tufting machines
- Load and unload materials into the machine
- Monitor the production process and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance on tufting machines
- Maintain accurate records of production data and inventory

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience operating tufting machines in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and instructions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to detect and correct defects in finished products
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Flexibility to work different shifts as needed
