As an Integrated Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing graphic design, social media management, and sales support. Your responsibilities include crafting visually compelling graphics for diverse marketing materials across online and offline channels, ensuring alignment with the brand identity and effective communication of key messages.

Key Responsibilities:
1. *Graphic Design:*
- Develop eye-catching, creative designs for marketing collateral, social media posts, and promotional materials.
- Ensure all designs adhere to the brand identity and proficiently convey essential messages.

2. *Social Media Management:*
- Curate and generate engaging content for social media platforms to boost brand visibility.
- Execute social media campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and refine strategies for optimal outcomes.

3. *Sales Support:*
- Collaborate with the sales team to create visually compelling presentations and sales materials.
- Aid in formulating marketing strategies to bolster sales objectives and engage target audiences effectively.

Qualifications:

- Proven graphic design experience with proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong grasp of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in sales support with knowledge of sales processes.
- Familiarity with analytics tools to measure the success of marketing and social media efforts.
