**Job Summary:
**A great opportunity to join our Sales Team based at Trane Qatar for an experienced Air Handling Units sales person. Overall responsibility for sales and business development in Qatar by providing customer value through technical and commercial expertise and partnering.

**Responsibilities**:

- New business development of Air handling units market in Qatar with accountability for sales budget within the country.
- Work with the Sales Leader to develop a business plan for the appointed region. Collaborate alongside both regional and national colleagues to support the growth of AHU products within the marketplace
- Creating and building customer portfolio, searching for clients and cultivating new business opportunities
- Assess customer requirements and advise on the most appropriate solutions, options to meet their needs based on comprehensive site surveys and liaison with the customer
- Prepare quotations for Air Handling Units (AHU) product and solutions, and follow up with customers. Logged details on the system.
- Achieve agreed sales goals and targets.
- Prepare monthly sales forecasts, attend sales & technical meetings were required.

**Qualifications**:

- Passion and energy for exploring and building a new market
- Demonstrated technical sales experience and knowledge of AHU products and market (min. 4 years)
- Engineering degree (e.g. Mechanical Engineer, HVAC Engineer) or experience in AHU technical roles
- Sound technical knowledge of AHU products and solutions with the ability to identify the needs and provide the best solution for the customer.
- Reediness to frequent travels across Qatar (50% of the time)

- Effective sales and negotiation skills.
- High standard of personal presentation.
