**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our thriving interior design, and fit-out business. Based in Qatar, this role demands a professional with strong leadership abilities, a deep understanding of the interior design and architecture industry, and an established network of contacts within the region. As the General Manager, you will oversee a multidisciplinary team of interior designers, sales, and marketing professionals to drive business growth and ensure project excellence. With at least 5 years of experience in a management role, you will possess exceptional communication and organizational skills to inspire your team and build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1.Leadership and Management**

Oversee the daily operations of the business, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality project delivery.

Lead and inspire a team of interior designers, sales, marketing, and administrative staff, fostering collaboration and innovation.

Develop strategic goals and align them with business objectives to drive growth and profitability.

**2.Business Development and Networking**

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Leverage your network to attract new clients, building long-term partnerships that contribute to business growth.

Represent the company at industry events, strengthening brand visibility and reputation in the market.

**3.Project Oversight**

Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and client expectations.

Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

4.Marketing and Sales Strategy

Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to create impactful campaigns that attract new clients and retain existing ones.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure the company remains competitive.

**Qualifications and Requirements**

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a management role, preferably within the interior fit-out, design, or furniture industry.

Education: A degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Business Administration, or a related field.

Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the interior design and architecture sectors, with technical expertise in design principles, materials, and project management.

Networking: Established network of industry contacts, especially within Qatar.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage multidisciplinary teams.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Problem-Solving: Strong decision-making and organizational abilities to handle complex projects and operations.

Cultural Awareness: Familiarity with Qatar’s business environment, culture, and regulatory landscape.
