**Qualifications**:
- Male/Female
- High school graduate/ALS Certified, or college undergraduate
- 2+ years of experience from inflight catering services - offloading of arrived catering trucks, segregation, and supply.
- Inventory and checking the quality of equipment before use
- Knowledge of airline equipment units
- Knowledge of gallery loading plan, meal packing plans
- Excellent customer service experience
- Computer literate
- Good spoken and written English **Task Description**:
- Provide excellent customer service at the Outlet
- Communicate with customers and team efficiently and professionally.
- Understand and can communicate products and services available at the airport.
- Be able to stand for long periods of time.
