The Aura lifestyle marketing team sits within Aura lifestyle and serves the Aura brands on all marketing activations. It has the twin role of deriving customer-based insights and actions along with strategizing, planning and executing marketing campaigns. To help extract and prepare customer data and derive actionable insights, and to adequately plan, measure and report on our marketing campaign performance across all advertising channels, we are currently looking for a Marketing Analyst to join the team.

Their core responsibilities are:

- Support the marketing manager with insights on performance across offline, online (Social, Display, PPC, SEO, Affiliates and mobile) and CRM.
- Product insightful and action-based reports from the customer data, as and when required.
- Define reporting templates and support internal teams on preparation of regular reports
- Produce regular forecasts and continuously evaluate and optimize campaign performance
- Simplify complex data sets by uncovering the key commercial insights that can help business stakeholders with decision making.
- Monitor and improve data quality across marketing channels to ensure accuracy of reporting
- Support the assessment of customer lifetime value to provide suitable media buying recommendations
- Educate and upskill brand marketing team on analytics
- Drive the Marketing team’s understanding of multi-channel attribution using a variety of data sources including web analytics, transactional, CRM etc.
- Define KPIs and test frameworks to support test & learn initiatives across the Digital Marketing team and deliver insights on results to help define next steps
- Work with the CRM insights and execution team on building end-to-end campaign reports to understand channel attribution to commercial results.
- Work with brand marketing teams on creating customer personas based off data acquired about them.

**Requirements**:

- In-depth knowledge and experience of Power BI and/or similar tools including dashboard creation and data uploading is a must. Knowledge of Google Data studio and equivalents is a plus.
- Knowledge of digital ad serving platforms and google analytics is preferred.
- Knowledge and experience of SQL
- Good understanding of data modelling practices and techniques
- Thorough understanding of the technical setup required to efficiently monitor and report on digital campaigns
- Expert skills on delivering results for multiple stakeholders
- Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills.
- Experienced in analytics and reporting from operational as well as strategic roles - agency or client side
- Strong analytical and numerical skills and experience working with large volumes of data
- Intermediate knowledge and experience of media tags - Tag Manager, GMP, Adwords, Google conversion etc. would be valuable
- Highly organised and process driven with a self-motivated approach to work
- Collaborative in approach and confident influencing stakeholders across multiple functions
- Good presentation skills
- Fluency in English. Arabic is a plus
