**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a talented and ambitious System Engineer Intern to join our team for a 3-month internship. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in system deployment, troubleshooting, and maintenance within the broadcast industry. Successful completion of the internship may lead to a job offer as a Junior Engineer, with opportunities for professional development and certification sponsored by the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Virtualization and Cloud Management**: Assist in the deployment, configuration, and management of virtualization platforms such as VMware ESXi, including VM provisioning, resource allocation, and performance optimization.
- **Database Troubleshooting and Deployment**: Support the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of databases used in broadcast systems, including troubleshooting performance issues, optimizing queries, and ensuring data integrity.
- **Server Administration**: Assist in the administration of Windows and Unix/Linux server environments, including installation, configuration, patch management, and security hardening.
- **High Availability and Clustering**: Participate in the design, implementation, and testing of high availability solutions, including clustering and load balancing, to ensure the reliability and resilience of broadcast systems.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or recent graduate.
- Strong understanding of virtualization concepts and technologies, with hands-on experience in VMware ESXi.
- Familiarity with database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience with Windows and Unix/Linux server administration, including shell scripting and system configuration.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Kubernetes is a plus.
- Familiarity with high availability concepts and clustering technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for learning and a desire to pursue a career in broadcast system integration.
