Psychatric Doctor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnose mental health disorders, and develop treatment plans.
- Prescribe and manage medications, monitoring for side effects and treatment efficacy.
- Provide psychotherapy and counseling services as needed.
- Collaborate with psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Educate patients and families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies.
- Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and continuing medical education activities.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in psychiatry and mental health treatments.
- Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines and professional standards in psychiatric practice.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Medical degree (MD/DO) with specialization in Psychiatry** from an accredited institution.
- **Board certification** in Psychiatry (or eligibility for certification).
- Proven experience in diagnosing and treating psychiatric disorders.
- Strong knowledge of psychopharmacology, psychotherapy techniques, and crisis intervention.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Compassionate approach with a commitment to patient-centered care.
