Elv Foreman

Responsible for quality installation/maintenance of ELV systems with full compliance with client requirements.
- The role is expected to be highly skilled and has hands-on experience in installing, cabling, terminating and pre-commissioning ELV, AV, and IT systems and to be well-aware of all the regulatory standards.
- The role is responsible for the delivery/maintenance of quality installation and cabling works and supervision of sub-contractor technicians and ensures a healthy client & sub-contractor relation throughout the project.
- To ensure 100% quality installation and safety on installations: Waterproofing, electric earthing to avoid power surge, safety wire installation, provision of support for heavy equipment installation on walls, etc.
- To handle and utilize installation tools, crimping tools, fluke and OTDR testers effectively.
- To ensure 100% compliance on safety and health standards on sites.
- To ensure proper usage of safety equipment (including PPE) as required and intended and observe that this is also enforced among sub-contractors and third parties
- 5 years experience in maintenance
