About your role

In this role you will be responsible for partnering with business units to setup projects for success by coaching and facilitating the teams on delivery methodology and setting up agile delivery pods aligned with OKRs.

You will coach on agile ways of working, techniques & metrics. We need you to assist the team on developing delivery roadmap and improving overall agile maturity at the pod and business unit level. The role must have the skills of "Servant Leadership" as well as the leadership skills required to identify and remove impediments impacting the delivery. The role should drive continuous improvement in building the skills of self-organizing, self-empowerment and in effect improving productivity of scrum teams.

Your industry experience in agile project management is crucial in building an organization that will manage effective kick-off, execution and value delivery of mid to large scale programs. You will have the opportunity to lead or participate in building out the agile PPM and DevOps processes and tools that will be the standard in IT as well as leveraged across the company.

Role and Responsibilities
- Help Product owner and other team members in crafting a strong product roadmap, ensuring backlog and sprint goal are delivered and drive the team towards Self-empowerment
- Supports two or more Scrum Teams within an agile development. This will include supporting product development from product ideation through to production rollout as well as driving the planning sessions for Product Increment.
- Monitor the delivery flow of teams and ensure timely and accurate execution of the roadmap items, while maintaining inter-team alignment
- Act as the agile mentor/coach to the team members within in the agile team
- Proactively identifies impediments and appropriately resolves using leadership skills in most cases and through formal channels, including escalation to senior stakeholders as required
- Ensure product delivery as Senior Practitioner utilizing Scale Agile or Kanban methodologies

**Qualifications**:
About you
- Bachelor Degree with minimum 7 years of relevant experience working in agile project delivery methodologies.
- Experience in complementary practices, tools and techniques: User Stories, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment, Automated Testing, TFS, JIRA, Trello, Azure DevOps and MS Project.
- Good experience in Agile frameworks Scrum, Kanban or Scaled Agile
- Expertise in Agile Metrics like Lead time, Cycle time, Burn Down chart, Velocity and EBM (Evidence based management)
- Agile Project Management - Has the experience to build outcome-based roadmaps in partnership with business, define and deliver Minimum Viable Products (MVP) and follow agile principles and deliver business capability incrementally
- Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continues improvement, empowerment, and raising transparency
- Strong belief in Agile/Lean working practices and experience of coaching at all levels, from delivery team to senior management
- Well versed with project management methodologies and ability to identify/manage risk, cost, issue and quality.
