The Role

**Requirements**:

- BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus. CFA certification is preferable. Other investment and asset management certification will be highly regarded. - 15+ years of proven experience of which at least 5 years as CIO or equivalent role with proven track record of outstanding performance in a complex enterprise. - Solid investment experience and understanding of the family-owned business functions and diverse business exposure. - Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development. - Experience in fundraising will be a plus. - A solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics. - Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure and MS Office. - Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities. - Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills. Bilingual (Arabic/English) is a Plus. - Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
