Cuban Cigar Sommelier

**Responsibilities**:

- Curate and maintain a comprehensive collection of Cuban cigars
- Provide expert recommendations on cigar selection, based on guest preferences and occasion
- Educate guests on the history, production process, and flavor profiles of various Cuban cigars
- Offer guidance on proper cigar cutting, lighting, and smoking techniques
- Organize and host cigar tastings and events for guests
- Stay updated on new cigar releases and trends in the cigar industry
- Collaborate with the Food and Beverage team to create cigar and beverage pairing menus
- Ensure the cigar lounge is properly stocked and well-maintained
- Provide excellent customer service and create a memorable experience for guests
- Comply with all health and safety regulations

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Cigar Sommelier or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of Cuban cigar brands, including their history, flavor profiles, and aging requirements
- Familiarity with proper cigar cutting, lighting, and smoking techniques
- Passion for the art of cigar pairing
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to create a luxurious and memorable experience for guests
- Up-to-date on current trends and developments in the cigar industry
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
