MEP TECHNICIAN

We are looking for a MEP TECHINICIAN who is responsible for performing routine building maintenance task in Mechanical, Electrical and plumbing Perform other tasks as assigned.
- Check equipment such as (All brand of AC, Power Tee, Kitchen Equipment Lake Aeriation Air Compressor, Ball Despenser Booster pump, Submersible Circulation pump, Transfer pump, Technogym mechanical) and perform routine maintenance to ensure everything is in working order.
- Repair malfunctioning equipment units and broken structures
- Install and maintain ventilation and of all ac units.
- Respond to work requests as required.
- Repair air conditioning unit by performing analysis and troubleshooting activities.
- Perform maintenance activities as per schedule such repair and maintenance, plan preventive maintenance as cleaning AC grills and filters, checking operational level of refrigerant, including all associate parts
- Carry out maintenance check on heating, ventilation, air conditioning system; clean evaporator drain pans, coil, and filters, lubricate fan and motor bearing, repair and change motor, electrical wiring, belts, compressor, thermostats, fan, floating elements, and defrost timer
- Power Tee maintenance and repair; overhauling ball engine, replacement tee, bearing, control board and any required repair work
- Perform routine and repair maintenance of kitchen equipment in all the facility kitchen as required.
- Carry out maintenance and repair of lake aeriation system such as pressurized the hose line, check for leakages and other maintenance as required.
- Golf operation ball dispenser machine repair and maintenance.
- Carry out overhauling and servicing of refrigeration units by repairing, changing, or reworking broken parts of compressors, condensers, and vacuum pumps.

**Requirement**:

- Completion of secondary education / Technical Education.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- 3-5 years working experience in facility maintenance
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing and carpentry is a plus.
- Use miscellaneous office equipment (e.g. calculators, typewriters, computers, FAX machines, copiers, etc.).
- Residing in Qatar with valid QID & NOC
- Will be able to join immediately once selected
- Duration : 3 months and extendable
