**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage various publications including catalogs, catalog inserts, brochures, mailers and advertising material.
- Manage internal online marketing portal to equip employees in Asia-Pacific with ready access to materials for deeper client engagement.
- Develop and update conference materials, including PowerPoint presentations, posters, handouts, badges, table tents, and folders.
- Color correction and image retouching perform in Photoshop when require.
- Produce corporate identity systems and collateral print materials, print advertising, product/capabilities brochures, direct mail and newsletters.
- Design custom t-shirts, banners, etc.
- Produce artwork for plaques and t-shirts, for customers using deadlines.
- Produce daily, weekly and monthly newsletters in both print and HTML.
- Design logos, packaging and POS displays for main clients including Unilever and Playtex.
- Update InDesign style sheets on a large monthly catalog project to reduce production time which increase profit for the company.
- Develop various magazine ads, direct mailers, posters, newsletters, and website maintenance for clients both locally and nationally.
- Design and edit PowerPoint presentations.
- Conceptualize and implement templates for complex modular manuals using InDesign master pages.

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**:
Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent and 3 to 5 years of related experience, with 1 to 2 years of supervisory/management experience. Typically applies expert knowledge of computerized equipment to support work activities. Proficient with a wide range of media.

**Required Qualifications**
- Experience with strong conceptual development, visualization, typography, print design layout skills required.
- Extensive working knowledge of design industry software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Image Ready, Flash, Dreamweaver and Acrobat)
- Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Proficient knowledge of pre-press accuracy and print production required.
- Experience producing graphics and design layouts for a variety of projects (including brochures, e-newsletters, signs, online and print ads, promotional items and other publication design layouts) from concept to completion.
- Experience in designing templates, forms, technical documents and reports; understanding of digital and offset print methodology and processes.

- Understanding of and experience in corporate branding, layout, color theory, and typography.
