**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Café Waiter to join our team. The Café Waiter will provide excellent service to our café guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Greet guests, seat them at tables, and provide warm and friendly service throughout their visit. Attend to guests' needs promptly, answer questions, and make recommendations from the menu.
- **Order Taking**: Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are noted and communicated to the kitchen staff.
- **Food and Beverage Service**: Deliver food and beverages to guests' tables in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation. Handle any additional requests or modifications to orders with professionalism and efficiency.
- **Menu Knowledge**: Familiarize yourself with the café's menu offerings, including food items, beverages, and daily specials. Be able to provide detailed descriptions, answer questions, and make recommendations based on guests' preferences.
- **Payment Processing**: Present bills to guests, handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, and provide change or process payments through the POS system. Ensure guests' payments are processed securely and efficiently.
- **Cleanliness and Set-Up**: Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area, including setting up tables, clearing dishes, and resetting tables for new guests. Ensure proper cleanliness and sanitation of utensils, glassware, and dining surfaces.
- **Teamwork**: Collaborate with other café staff members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment. Assist with tasks such as refilling supplies, restocking inventory, and supporting colleagues as needed.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Proactively address any guest concerns or issues, striving to resolve them promptly and effectively. Seek feedback from guests to improve service quality and provide an exceptional dining experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a waiter or in a customer service role is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided for individuals with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to interact with guests in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, to effectively take orders, convey information, and listen to guests' needs.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks to ensure timely service.
- Basic math skills for accurate order taking and payment processing.
- Attention to detail, with the ability to accurately record and communicate guests' preferences and special requests.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays or plates for extended periods.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: QAR1,600.00 - QAR1,800.00 per month
