**Main Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage the housekeeping supervisors and room attendants
- Motivate, train, and supervise all Housekeeping colleagues
- Execute projects such as preventive maintenance, inventories, and productivity studies
- Review regularly Standard Operating Procedures, and Processes in order to guarantee effective and efficient service as per Mandarin Oriental Standards
- Conduct daily meetings with Supervisors and Housekeeping colleagues
- Conduct appraisal and performance reviews on a regular basis
- Identify colleagues for further development or training needs
- Execute quarterly, half-yearly, yearly cleaning schedules for all hotel areas
- Coordinate with Front Office and Engineering about daily challenges

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a 5-star hotel environment
- A minimum of 1 year of housekeeping experience on a supervisory/managerial level
- Proficient in handling machinery and chemical
- Pre-opening experience is beneficial
- Previous experience working in the Middle East Region is beneficial
- Good knowledge on computer systems such as Microsoft Office
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is mandatory
