Asistir a la gerencia en la contratación, capacitación, organización, evaluación, asesoramiento, disciplina, motivación y entrenamiento de los empleados; y servir como ejemplo y primer punto de contacto del proceso de "Garantía de tratamiento justo y política de puertas abiertas".
