**Job Description: Factory Supervisor (Fiberglass Craftsmanship)**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Supervision & Leadership:

- Lead and supervised a team of fiberglass technicians.
- Oversee the daily operations of the fiberglass department, ensuring adherence to quality standards and deadlines.
- Provide technical guidance and training to team members.

2. **Fiberglass Production & Repair**:

- Manufacture and repair automotive components using fiberglass techniques.
- Repair or replace damaged fiberglass parts efficiently and accurately.

3. **Quality Assurance**:

- Inspect and ensure the quality of all fiberglass work meets industry standards and company specifications.
- Maintain quality control by performing regular checks on processes and finished products.

4. **Project Management**:

- Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet project deadlines.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth project flow and timely completion.
- Manage inventory and ensure materials are stocked and ready for production.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:
1. Experience:

- Minimum of 5-10 years of hands-on experience in fiberglass work, particularly in the automotive industry.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role is required.

2. Technical Knowledge:

- Familiarity with automotive fiberglass manufacturing, repair, and finishing processes.
- Proficiency in mold preparation, gel coating, cutting, and laminating fiberglass.

**3. Leadership Skills**:

- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to manage projects and coordinate with other departments.

**4. Problem Solving**:

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to fiberglass production and repair.
- Adaptability in handling complex projects and providing innovative solutions.

5. Attention to Detail:

- Meticulous in ensuring the accuracy and quality of fiberglass components and repairs.
- Strong focus on detail-oriented work and precision.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Fluency in multiple languages (preferred but not required).
- Strong understanding of safety regulations related to fiberglass and hazardous materials.

**Salary & Contract Terms**:

- Salary is competitive and based on experience.
- LOCATION: DOHA QATAR

Pay: Up to QAR3,000.00 per month
