Leady Barista

This is a full-time on-site role for a Barista at Enjoy cafe Lusail. The Barista will be responsible for customer service, food preparation, and creating premium coffee brews for our customers.

Qualifications:

- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and ability to work well in a team
- Previous experience as a Barista in a coffee shop or restaurant
- Strong Communication Skills and ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills and ability to handle customer complaints and issues effectively
- Experience in Food Preparation and knowledge of proper food safety techniques
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of coffee machines and brewing techniques
- Flexibility to work across different shifts including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus
- Certification in Food Safety and Hygiene is a plus
- Multilanguage skill is a plus

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR2,800.00 per month
