- Performs Document Control and Information Management activities on NFE Onshore Project System Completion & Commissioning team responsible for maintaining the accurate records of company System Completion, Handover and Commissioning documentation. Responsibilty also includes sorting electronic or hard copies producing index log and reports.**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Information Science, Library Services, Business Administration or equivalent.

Knowledge and/or Experience
- 5 years’ experience on Document Control/Management on major projects preparably OG with experience working under Quality and Completion department.
- Exceptional level of computer literacy in Windows - Word, Outlook, Excel
- In-depth knowledge of document control systems and procedures.
- Experience of using EDMS (Electronic Document Management Systems) such as PIMS would be advantageous.
- Experience on ITR, RFI, Dossiers, completion certificates and completion database (WinPCS preparably but not mandatory).
- Effective in building good working relationships within the project team.
