IT Support

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor level degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Disaster Recovery Plans/ Maintains Backups of Servers and Files
- Software and Hardware maintenance
- Minimum 3 years’ Experience in ERP software implementation
- Relevant years of experience in an IT environment with specific exposure to Data Analysis, preferably in Automotive industry.
- SAP-relevant experience would be a distinct advantage
- A proven self-starter and team player and be able to coordinate with other team members in completing assigned tasks.

IT Support Experience: Proven experience in an IT support role, ideally with a background in managing cloud servers, QuickBooks, and firewall systems.

Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud, QuickBooks, biometric systems, and network firewalls
- Expert proficiency in MS SQL with high proficiency in using MS Excel.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct IT Analysis to identify bottlenecks, constraints, dependencies, risks, opportunities for IT improvement, automation, and integrations.
- Develop and analyze documentation and processes to support Business processes.
- Consult with multiple business process owners to identify, define, and resolve current operational issues, input and output requirements.

Technical Proficiency:

- Cloud Computing: Familiarity with Oracle Cloud server operations.
- Backup Solutions: Experience with manual and automated backup processes.
- Software Management: Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial tasks and amendments.
- Networking: Knowledge of firewall management and network troubleshooting.
- Biometric Systems: Experience with biometric devices for employee access control.

CCTV Systems: Ability to monitor and report on CCTV activities.

**Required Skills**:

- Good English communication skills (oral and written).
- Knowledge of ERP software implementation troubleshooting, Ing preferably SAP.
- Knowledge in monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
