**Job Purpose and Responsibilities**
- Must have high level of technical knowledge regarding Windows server setup, deployment, and maintenance.
- Able to interpret error logs, monitor system performance data, and assess user information to ensure server reliability.
- Should also understand best practices and techniques to maintain and enhance information security.
- Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues
- Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.
- Responsible for capacity, storage planning, and database performance.

**Server**:

- Install, Configure and troubleshoot server Windows 2012 R2 and 2019 Server OS.
- Maintaining security through updates, patches, and proper permissions

**Network: (Switches, Firewall & VPN)**
- Install, configure & troubleshooting CISCO L2,L3 switch (Core/Access/SMB) Cisco -200 Series, 3750, Catalyst etc..
- Configuring and troubleshooting Switching (Vlan, channel-group, switch port, Routing, Stacking etc.)
- Install & Maintain the firewall SOPHOS SG450 & SG210 and XG Series.
- Deploy & Maintain Sophos Endpoint Protection.
- Manage the existing & configured MPLS IP VPN
- PBX: Configuring, Managing and Troubleshooting NEC PBX IP Telephony.

**Application**:

- Office 365: Administration of Office 365 apps, Users and Administrators.
- MS Teams
- Azure Directory synchronization
- Exchange online administration and Migration.

**Backup & Storage**:

- Configure & Maintain the storages such as SAN-Dell PowerEdge MD32001 & NAS- QNAP.

**Required Qualification and Skills**
- Bachelor of Science in Information Technology
- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, PHP,.NET, WordPress, MySQL, Adobe, Social Media.
- Proficient in My SQL.
- Dedicated team player.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid ability in both written and verbal communication.
- Knowledge of programming language and technical terminology.
- Able to develop ideas and processes and clearly express them.
- High degree of independent judgment.
