Reflighting Supervisor

About Role:
You will plan and execute the daily tasks by allocating individuals to carry out various functions which comes under the Reflighting team. You will ensure that all messages, such as Re-tagging, Misconnection/Disposal Advices etc. are actioned well within the time.

You will ensure the resources availability and adequate manpower, depending on the task ahead on any given day. You will have to confirm the involvement of QR BCC or OAL representatives, as required, on issues which needs their approval.

Accountabilities:
- Assess various situations such as aligning and processing the bags on priority basis for the next flight, inserting bags in the system for respective flights, esnsuring the availability of equipment and transportation to evaluate the mode of operation required on any particular day.- Deploy sufficient manpower to the Baggage department in order to ensure that the tasks executed are completed in a time-effective and efficient manner.- Plan, supervisor and execute tasks such as reflighting MHB on first available flight, re-tagging bags as per Re-tagging advice and as per Miconnection/Disposal advice, raising AHL File for mishandled bags, creation of OHD Files for unclaimed bags and timely delivery of bags to Arrivals as requested by the passenger due to break in journey. This is to be carried out on daily basis with normal operation as well as during crisis situations.- Prepare daily job allocation by assigning tasks to individuals, ranging from G01-G04, thereby, and ensuring timely completion of every task and smooth operation of the shift as a whole. All activities should be carried out in an appropriate manner, ensuring compliance to the SOP.- Monitor the MSF (Fault Station Log) on daily basis to ensure that the files are closed with correct RL/FS (Reason for Loss/Fault Station).- Conduct the amendment process and ensure that QAS is not wrongfully held accountable.- Compile all evidences to justify QAS, in case of any dispute on accountability.- Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department

**Qualifications**:
About You:
- High School Qualification with Minimum 3 years of job-related experience.- Basic supervisory skills.- Command of English language.- Fully conversant with World Tracer, Haqiba, BagScan and BagView., will be preferred.About Qatar Airways Group
