PHI MEDCARE is a private medical center in Qatar which specializes in Single Day Surgery, Plastic Surgery, Dermatology, Ears-Nose-Throat Clinic (ENT), Pharmacy and Laboratory. We are committed to bringing quality medical and surgical services and add values in the healthcare industry in the area of Lusail City. The aim is to be known for our excellence and establish credibility.
- Welcomes and greets all patients and visitors, in person and over the phone
- Answers the phone while maintaining a polite, consistent phone manner using proper telephone etiquette
- Keeps the reception area clean and organized
- Registers new patients and updates existing patient demographics by collecting detailed patient information
- Facilitates patient flow by notifying the provider of patients' arrival, being aware of delays, and communicating with patients and clinical staff
- Keeps office supplies adequately stocked by anticipating inventory needs, placing orders, and monitoring office equipment used at the reception
- Protects patient confidentiality, making sure protected health information is secured by not leaving protected health information in plain sight and logging off the computer before leaving it unattended
- Performs other duties as required
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma (preference for College/University degree)
- Minimum 2 years of receptionist experience
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong interpersonal skills (friendly, polite, team player)
- Quick learner
- Great communication skills - both written and verbal (Arabic & English)
