Main Duties
- Support students with individual needs under the guidance of our SENCo
- Encourage the participation of all students in learning and extracurricular activities
- Use effective behaviour management strategies consistently in line with the school’s policy and procedures
- Organise and manage resources
- Observe student performance and pass observations to the class teacher
- Read and discuss lesson plans shared before lessons
- Communicate effectively with other colleagues
- Develop appropriate skills, qualifications, and/or experience needed for the role, through in school professional

development opportunities
- Promote and follow safeguarding guidance and child protection procedures
