Job Title: Factory Coordinator

Job Summary: The Factory Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the factory, ensuring that all staff members are working efficiently and effectively. This includes managing and calculating staff overtime, as well as overseeing inventory and ensuring that all machinery and equipment is in good working order.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage staff overtime: The Factory Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring staff overtime and ensuring that it is managed in an efficient and cost-effective manner. This includes tracking staff hours, calculating overtime pay, and ensuring that all staff members are following company policies and procedures related to overtime.

Monitor and manage inventory: The Factory Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing inventory and ensuring that all materials and supplies are well-stocked and readily available. This includes monitoring inventory levels, ordering new materials when necessary, and ensuring that inventory records are accurate and up-to-date.

Manage machinery and equipment: The Factory Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that all machinery and equipment is in good working order. This includes scheduling regular maintenance and repairs, monitoring equipment usage, and ensuring that all safety protocols are being followed.

Develop and implement processes: The Factory Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing processes that improve factory efficiency and reduce waste. This includes identifying areas for improvement, developing new processes and procedures, and training staff members on new processes.

Communicate with staff members: The Factory Coordinator will be responsible for communicating with staff members on a regular basis, including providing updates on production schedules, addressing any concerns or issues, and ensuring that all staff members are following company policies and procedures

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Managing (preferred)
