**Job Position: Finalizer/Illustrator**

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in illustration, graphic design, fine arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in illustration and graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of final illustrations and visual assets.

**Skills**:

- Expertise in industry-standard illustration software such as Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or similar tools.
- Mastery of illustration techniques, including digital painting, vector art, and intricate details.
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and composition.
- Creative thinker with the ability to transform concepts into visually appealing and impactful illustrations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with Advertising and Media Industry is advantageous.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Liaising with editors, authors or designers
- Negotiating contracts and timescales
- Undertaking relevant research and generating ideas
- Drawing rough sketches for approval
- Producing final illustrations
- Promoting and running the studio business.
- Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
- Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials.
- Plans concept by studying information and materials.
- Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
- Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval. - Prepares finished copy and art by operating typesetting, printing, and similar equipment; purchasing from vendors.
- Prepares final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art. - Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment.
- Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.
- Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed to meet the client’s standards of work.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
