- Must Conduct regular updates and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines to incorporate new technologies and best practices, ensuring that QM’s deployment processes remain current and efficient.
- Provide ongoing support and training for internal staff to foster knowledge transfer and empower QM’s personnel to effectively manage and optimize CI/CD processes.
- Nice-to-have - Create comprehensive documentation detailing the architecture, processes, and procedures associated with CI/CD pipelines and IaC tools, ensuring stakeholders have access to essential information for ongoing management and future enhancements.
- Establish a feedback mechanism to gather input from development teams and stakeholders, enabling continuous improvement of CI/CD processes and infrastructure automation strategies, thereby enhancing service delivery and operational efficiency.

**Expected Outcomes**
- Highly scalable and secure cloud infrastructure, enabling rapid scaling of QM’s services.
- Reduced downtime and faster issue resolution through proactive monitoring and logging systems.
- Prepare documentation for technical design, architecture, test scenarios, test cases, end user documentation etc. and shall be applicable for new and changed requirements and features.
- Training of end users as part of fulfilling service requests and incidents management.
