- To maintain records of inventory and follow proper safety stock procedures to maintain inventory levels as established. (R)
- Prepare & maintain Daily Stock Report. (R)
- Ensure stocks are monitored, held, and released on a timely basis as per municipality instructions. (R)
- Perform daily / Weekly reconciliation between SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS). (R)
- Reconciliation between SAP and WMS for outbound & Inbound Transaction. (R)
- Share the daily on hand plus port stocks with ministry and upload data in ministry portal.
- Prepare the promotions, send EDI and the ensure promotions are co-packed on time and integrated back in SAP.
- Prepare weekly NTE stock report
- Validate and book clearance invoices on time.
- Create new SKU and vendor codes.
- Organize the physical inventory, cycle counts and execute necessary stock adjustments. (R)
- Prepared & Maintain Quarterly Inventory reconciliation between SAP and 3PL. (R)
- Collect the stock adjustments, shortage claims, and destruction statements from sites and execute the transaction in the system. (R)
- Prepare & Control warehouse Damage and disposal. (R)
- Prepare & Maintain Commercial Damages disposal. (R)
- Prepare & Maintain Municipality Sample movement in system / physical & prepare orders for disposal. (R)
- Maintain all the posted inventory documents in the system. (R)
- Closely monitor expiry dates of the products and communicate with commercial department for their liquidation. (R)
- Prepare quarterly supplier reconciliations
- Prepare analytical reports for the calculation of monthly and yearly performances. (R)
- Develop 3PL SLA validation of extra charges
- Develop Monthly provision analysis report for supply chain loses & inbound storage. (R)
- Supporting Regional Logistics Excellence teams with the implementation, audits, and self-assessments for the Supplier Integration Program (SIP), and the + Excellence Program. (R)
**Academic Background**:
A Bachelors’ degree in Business, Information Management Systems
**Desirable requirements**:
- Computer Skills - Office, SAP, Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Strong Organizational skills.
- Detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of Material Requirement Planning, Safety Stock Calculations Flexible, proactive, a learner, and able to effectively work within a team.
- The ability to work flexibly and to make decisions quickly.
- Good analytical skills and capability to develop statistical analysis.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with people at all levels.

**Experience**:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management preferably in an FMCG environment
