Lube Filling Supervisor

Filling supervisor receives filling plan from production manager on the form (), then distributes the filling plan to all production lines operators on the same form.
- Awareness of ISO / IMS Objectives, Policy, benefits of following the established management system as well as implications if not complying with the requirements.
- Responsibility of take care of smooth Lube Filling operation of highly sensitive equipment’s small pack, Pails-Buckets, Drums and Bulk Filling operation.
- Ensure safe working-Man-Machine, no spillages of Lube on shopfloor and monitoring the cleanliness of the sections and the general condition of the filling locations
- Supervise and make daily plan for requisition and execution of Lube filling requirement and readiness of necessary packaging Materials (Bottles, Jars, Pails, Buckets MS Drums, Labels, Bari caps, Cartoon Boxes, Boxing self-adhesive BOPP tape)
- Ensure and Plan for daily lube filling rooting, all packaging materials at excess to feeding point.
- Co-ordinate with Blending department for lube availability as per plan and at start ensure product quality with coordination of quality department.
- To achieve Lube filling target to be engaged man powers in necessary location.
- Supervising the work of the departments affiliated to the Filling Unit (Lube Filling, Quality Control, Lube Blending Department)
- Follow up on the approval of the products by the laboratory before beginning the filling and packing.
- Entering Production reports on the ERP system (as per production format
- Daily Filling, packaging material consumption report, opening and Closing stock report)

**Salary**: QAR2,302.61 - QAR4,000.00 per month
