Assist HR Manager by providing administrative / clerical support functions for HR Dept.
- Manage GM's calendar priorities, travel plans, scheduling _I _coordination of all meetings.
- Prepare monthly payroll, attendance, coordination for expense claim, deduction etc.
- Coordination with Head of Department / PM's / PD for on boarding procedures, arrange interviews,
- Maintain HR filing system
- Coordination with PRO to comply all the Govt. related work including QID, Contract renewal etc.
- To be responsible for offer letter preparation, letter to bank, salary certificate etc.
- Perform any other work related duties assigned by the Upper Management

**QUALIFICATIONS, SOFT SKILLS, AND/OR WORK EXPERIENCE**:

- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in HR / Administration activities

**CERTIFICATION**:

- Bachelor / Diploma in Administration or equivalent

**OBJECTIVES: (KPIS)**
- Proactive to meet the deadline, Time management skill
- Good oral & written communication skill in English
- Interpersonal skill and team work, Proficient in MS office

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary
Contract length: 2 months
Part-time hours: 45 per week
