**Reporting to**: Sales & Marketing Manager

**Job Summary**: The Beauty Promoter is responsible for delivering an outstanding guest experience to all customers (individual and corporate) and using appropriate sales techniques, showcasing suitable products, building relationships, and exceptional product knowledge to reach the sales targets. In addition, the Beauty Promoter is responsible for ensuring Brand standards are met in order to achieve sales targets and cultivate customer loyalty.

**Key Responsibilities**
- In-charge of individual and corporate sales.
- Comply with and adhere to all Retail / Salons Guidelines and Operational procedures.
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
- Maintain clean and organized in-store / Salons displays of the brands and ensure stock presentations are to a high standard and in line with the brand’s merchandising guidelines.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.

**Sales Focus**
- Achieve the sales target and focus on increasing sales by using advanced sales techniques
- Focus on selling and up selling
- Demonstrate a solid knowledge of brands and products
- Monitor sales activities and generate a daily sales report
- Prepare reports on sales and stock ageing (slow moving, fast moving and non-moving items)

**Customer Focus**
- Demonstrate usage and benefits of various Brands and products
- Handle new launches, promotion of products and visual merchandising
- Monitor and handle customer complaints and take corrective action in line with Company policies.

**Stock Replenishment**
- Ensure accurate stock merchandise and management (stock ageing, stock loss, space management) within the allocated sales area.
- Oversee and monitor the inventory management in the stores / Salons (stock availability, order management, back store management, stock movement within store /Salon).
- Ensure stock replenishment at all times.
- Report stock shortages using the stock order form and address this with Sales & Marketing Manager.

**Working Schedule**
- 3 Days In-Door
- 3 Days out Door
- 1 Day-Off

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
