**Job Brief**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
- Present and promote our products/services to prospective customers over the phone.
- Identify customer needs, answer questions, and provide relevant information to generate sales opportunities.
- Follow sales scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and effectiveness in communication.
- Achieve or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Maintain accurate and updated customer records in the CRM system.
- Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the contracts manager when necessary.
- Collaborate with the contracts team to improve overall sales performance and share best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and industry developments.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance sales strategies and processes.

Job Requirements:

- A degree in business or related field.
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to engage customers over the phone.
- Excellent persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet sales goals.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
- Ability to handle rejection and objection professionally.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing sales strategies and market dynamics.
