**General Role Description**:
Highly dynamic skilled project manager with a track record of Mobile Apps project delivery with 10 years of experience. Hands-on leading agile transformation by coaching teams, stakeholders, and leadership on agile methodologies, principles, and practices. Collaborate with product managers, and technical teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with infrastructure, network, and cyber security objectives.

**Main Duties**:
**3.** Experience in project management (onsite and virtual teams), using agile methodology and enterprise-scaled agile frameworks is essential.

**4.** Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

**5.** Empower teams to self-organize, make decisions, and deliver high-quality solutions while adhering to product manager plans and cyber security best practices.

**6.** Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven metrics and feedback loops.

**7.** Foster a culture of innovation and learning by promoting knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration.

**8.** Act as a bridge between technical teams, product owners, product managers, other interested parts and stakeholders; by ensuring clear communication and alignment.

**9.** Manage projects and enhancements including project schedules, risks, resourcing, budget, security and quality in line with organizational standards.

**10.** Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents using the Agile methodology.

**11.** Sufficient experience in both management of software projects and functional management of software development teams.

**13.** Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.

**14.** Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.

**15.** Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.

**16.** Develop required materials including technical specifications, project and resource plans, project updates, and presentation materials.

**17.** Develop short-term and long-term project plans, priorities and objectives

**19.** Flexible and proactive/self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership of problem resolution

**20.** Ability to multi-task under pressure and work independently with mínimal supervision.

**21.** Excellent communication skills

**22.** Experienced in working under pressure and tight deadlines

**23.** Hands-on experience working with project management tools such as Jira, wrike, IBM RTC and Jazz, MS Azure Boards and MS Project Management Softwareetc.

**Skills**:

- Solid Project Management skills mainly agile methodology.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understand Business flow and technological mapping to make value
- Time management, resources management, excellent knowledge of IT processes (ITSM) and tools in software development with hands-on experience.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task, ability to develop short-term and long-term project plans, priorities and objectives.
- Excellent understanding to mobile app and infrastructure technologies: Cloud, Mobile Apps lifecycle development, software development based SDLC, UX, UI, AI, Big Data, Web Analytics, Video, QA.

**Qualifications and Experience**:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, engineering related areas or a mobile Apps development related field (Master's degree preferred).

**Experience**: 10+ Years with recent 5 years in the same role

**Certifications**:

- Cloud technologies certification
- Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, CSPO, PMI-ACP)
- As plus, cyber security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM), cloud certification for MS Azure and google clouds infrastructure.

**Special Conditions**:

- **Experience in state of Qatar Environment Or, GCC Experience.**_
