Foreman (M.e.p)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the installation, maintenance, and repair of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, and plumbing) on construction sites.
- Ensure that work is performed according to project specifications, plans, and safety regulations.
- Manage and monitor a team of MEP technicians and laborers, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other construction teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of MEP tasks.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and compliance with relevant building codes and regulations.
- Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials, minimizing waste and ensuring safe working conditions.
- Coordinate with suppliers for the timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Report daily progress, issues, and site conditions to the project manager.
- Resolve any on-site technical issues related to MEP works and recommend corrective actions if necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an MEP Foreman in Doha's construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and blueprints.
- Proven ability to manage teams and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices on construction sites.
- Qatar driving license and access to a personal car (preferred).

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
