Knowledgeable in operating XPS Machine (Expanded Polystyrene Sheet).
- Create and maintain construction schedules (computer literate).
- Liaise with property owners and tenants.
- Order materials as needed.
- Ensure that projects remain within the allotted budget.
- Ensure that safety protocols are followed.
XPS Foreman Requirements:
- Prior experience in a foreman/supervisory role.
- Prior experience as an XPS Machine operator.
- Computer Literate.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent leadership skills.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
