**Responsibilities**:

- **Coffee Artistry**: Craft exceptional coffee and espresso-based beverages that delight our customers' taste buds, while ensuring quality and consistency in every cup.
- **Customer Service**: Provide outstanding, friendly, and efficient service to our valued patrons, making their experience exceptional.
- **Cash Handling**: Manage the cash register, handle transactions, and maintain accuracy in processing payments.
- **Coffee Area**: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the coffee preparation area, restocking supplies, and ensuring the workspace is presentable at all times.
- **Menu Knowledge**: Be well-versed in our menu offerings and able to recommend items to customers based on their preferences.
- **Teamwork**: Collaborate with your team to ensure smooth operations, from taking orders to fulfilling them promptly.
- **Adherence to Policies**: Follow all company policies and guidelines for food safety, health, and safety standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Passion for coffee and a genuine interest in the art of coffee-making.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Cash handling and point-of-sale system experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred.
- Training in food safety and sanitation practices is a plus.
