Support Officer

We are looking to hire a qualified Bilingual Support Officer - Chargeback to join our dynamic team.
1. Check the CRM queues for incoming disputes and analyze them.
2. Maintain the records in dispute register and close the case as per the agreed SLA
3. Check for incoming disputes (ATM/QPAY/NAPS) and act as per the agreed SLA.
4. Validate time out, failed and excess credit transactions based on internal reports/systems and report the credits to QCB.
5. CRM Request needs to be resolved with clear communications and supporting documents need to be shared with stakeholders within the stipulated time
6. Perform Visa and Master card chargebacks.
7. Bachelor’s degree mandatory
