**Your day-to-day**:

- Completes and reconciles all daily transactions.
- Checks balances to all Guest rooms and closes out the day's transactions.
- Checks accounts receivable reports.
- Provides next-day reports to the Income Auditor and Front Office Manager.
- Ensures that all supporting documents are provided to Accounts accordingly such as vouchers, staff F&B bills, etc.
- Advises the Income auditor for any discrepancies on a daily basis.
- Checks all the Micros reports and ensures that all the amounts are posted in Opera accordingly.
- Checks all information relating to the arrival and departure of Guests.
- Prepares summaries of rebates, paid-outs, and business calls.
- Verifies no-shows and cancellations of the day, and sends such reports to Accounts receivable.
- Verifies Room Rate Variance Report.
- Runs pre-audit backup and night audit reports.

**What we need from you**:

- Relevant experience as a Night Auditor or similar.
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required
- Pleasant personality and positive attitude
