**System Assurance tasks**
- Support the Rail Safety, HSE, Quality & Risk Managers and the Fire and Life Safety Manager to establish the management system (plan, process, procedures etc.) for safety assurance and risk management.
- Engage with all company teams and other stakeholders to coordinate and chair hazard workshops.
- Work in collaboration with the SAMs to assist with Safety Notice workflow to ensure all SN’s are responded to within agreed time frames, including workshops with relevant stakeholders.
- Work in collaboration with the SAMs and support assurance program internally and assist Third-Party audit within company and associated contractors in pursuit of continual improvement by conducting audits as per the established program and address all audit findings on time.
- Collaborate with the operations and maintenance teams for identification & implementation of the risk assessments on the O & M activities to be performed by the service provider.
- Work with the other teams within RQHSE to ensure the Hazard Logs are in line with hazards raised during investigations and risk reviews.
- Promote a positive Quality, Health and Safety, Environment culture in the workplace and attend any related meetings/briefings as required within the job role.
- Comply with the Company Quality, Health and Safety, Environmental Policies and Management System Requirements.
- Submission of Hazard observations in accordance with Hazard observation reporting guidelines.
- Ensure that all potential risks that may come from performed activities are identified and mitigated and ensure that employees, contractors and visitors are aware of health and safety procedures and any relevant legislation.
- Be mindful that Health and Safety, Quality, Security and Environmental is everyone’s responsibility and as such all staff members are responsible for reporting and intervening in Health and Safety, Quality, Security and Environmental violations.

**Salary**: QAR45,000.00 - QAR50,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- metro and / or tram networks: 10 years (required)
- hazard management tools and operational railway safety: 10 years (required)
- Excellent of Knowledge of ComplyPro® and OCM: 10 years (required)
- Knowledge of risk analysis techniques: 10 years (required)
