Tab Technician

**Responsibilities**:
Ø Testing: Conduct thorough testing on HVAC systems to verify functionality, airflow, water flow, and temperature parameters.

Ø Adjusting and Balancing: Perform adjustments to achieve specified airflow and water flow rates, balancing the systems according to project requirements.

Ø Troubleshooting: Identify and address minor operational issues within the HVAC system, escalating complex problems to senior staff as needed.

Ø Documentation: Record all test results, adjustments, and balancing data accurately for final reports and future reference.

Ø Collaboration: Work alongside TAB engineers, MEP contractors, and other project team members to ensure seamless coordination.

Ø Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and calibrate TAB equipment to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.

**Qualifications**:
Ø Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in testing, adjusting, and balancing HVAC systems in commercial or industrial projects.

Ø Technical Knowledge: Ability to read and understand mechanical blueprints, specifications, and TAB procedures.

Ø Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail for achieving precise adjustments and accurate documentation.

Ø Problem-Solving Skills: Basic troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues in airflow, water flow, and system performance.

Ø Communication Skills: Ability to follow instructions and communicate findings clearly with TAB engineers and team members.

Ø Additional Requirements:
Ø Physical ability to work on-site, including climbing ladders and operating in confined spaces.

Ø Proficient in using TAB-specific tools and equipment, with a commitment to following safety guidelines.
