About the role

Job Responsibilities
- Support to plan and develop communications to the HR community to inform and engage them on HR vision and strategy, key initiatives and organization changes.
- Coordinate and monitor events and promotion programs for Internal Communications unit.
- Develop print publications, employee announcements and additional communication tools that support effective HR programs and benefit plans throughout the organization.
- Work closely with suppliers, departments and contractors to ensure all logístical and operational aspects of the event element/projects are met.
- Maximize internal branding opportunities and ensure the message of QR Group Values is delivered through the different events and projects.
- Promote and disseminate key company policies and values via internal communications channels.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure the information on their intranet sections is up to date and consistent.
- Support in preparation of annual budget for the unit and obtaining approvals.
- Responsible for the creative design and content development of the employee portal in order to support the QR Group Business objectives.
- Redevelop and improve the intranet as a key internal communications tool and maintain all internal communications systems to support the department's requirements.
- Work with outside businesses to expand the promotional facilities for employees and support business Units in change situations.
- Facilitate and monitor the Employee Communication programme so that employees across the company are informed of organizational values, news, issues and direction and have mechanisms for providing feedback to management.
- Ensures brand consistency in all marketing areas and all points of employee contact.
- Find opportunities to enhance the current systems and keep up with the latest technology.
- Coordinate and manage engagement with IT for department requirements.
- Perform other department duties related to his / her position as directed by the Head of the Department

Qualifications

About you
- High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification /Diploma or Equivalent (Type of Diploma Based on Role) with Minimum 5 years of job-related experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience
- Knowledge developing monthly and bi-monthly newsletters
- Managing all information required
- Content Management for internal communications
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time from events, campaigns and programs
- Attention to detail and full understanding of event sales cycles
- Excellent administration and communication skills
- Highly creative, analytical with strong decision-making and critical thinking skill
- Preferred Graphic Designing skills
