**Responsibilities**
- Lead the design process from conceptualization to final execution for a range of print and digital projects, including but not limited to branding, marketing materials, web design, social media graphics, and presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to translate business objectives into compelling visual communications.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, offering constructive feedback to help them grow their skills and develop their careers.
- Stay current on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our design work.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Take ownership of projects, ensuring that all deliverables meet brand standards, are visually engaging, and effectively communicate the intended message.
- Work closely with external vendors, such as printers and photographers, to coordinate production and ensure the highest quality output.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to support marketing campaigns, product launches, and other initiatives.

**What You'll Need**
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma and other design software.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to both internal stakeholders and clients.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- English B2 required and higher, it will be a plus if you know Russian B2 and higher.

**Nice To Have**
- Experience with web design, UI/UX principles
- Proficiency in Blender or Cinema 4D + Octane/Redshift
- Experience with motion design
