**Job Title**: Social Media Specialist

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Strategy Development**: Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to business objectives, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing goals and brand identity.
- **Content Creation & Curation**: Create engaging, high-quality content (text, images, videos, etc.) for multiple social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others. Ensure that content is relevant, on-brand, and optimized for each platform.
- **Community Management**: Monitor and engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner. Build strong relationships with followers and influencers.
- **Campaign Management**: Plan, implement, and manage social media campaigns, promotions, and contests. Track their success and make necessary adjustments to achieve optimal performance.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Use analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics, Google Analytics) to monitor social media performance. Generate monthly reports and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- **Brand Awareness & Growth**: Increase the brand’s visibility and reach on social media through organic and paid campaigns. Identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to increase followers, engagement, and traffic.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team, designers, and content creators to ensure consistency across all campaigns and content.
- **Social Listening**: Monitor trends, competitor activities, and industry conversations to stay ahead of market shifts and leverage them for campaign ideas.
- **Paid Social Media Campaigns**: Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.), ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
- **Stay Updated on Trends**: Keep up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our social media presence remains fresh and competitive.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing, with a focus on social media management.
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) and best practices.
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong creative thinking, with the ability to design and execute engaging campaigns.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the local market in Qatar and the wider Middle East region is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with influencer marketing and building relationships with key influencers.
- Knowledge of Arabic is a plus, especially for engaging with local audiences in Qatar.
- Experience in video production and editing for social media content.
- Familiarity with paid social advertising strategies and tools.
