We are looking a new graphic designer to join our team. You will be designing a wide variety of things across digital and offline media, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail.
Graphic Designer

**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate with clients or team members to understand project requirements and objectives.

Brainstorm and develop creative concepts that align with the project's goals and target audience.

Create visual content such as logos, brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, websites, and packaging.

Use design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to produce high-quality designs.

Ensure that all designs adhere to the client's or company's brand guidelines.

Maintain consistency in visual elements across all materials.

Select appropriate fonts, colors, and layouts for designs.

Arrange text and images in a visually appealing and readable manner.

Edit and retouch images to enhance their quality and fit the design requirements.

Use photo editing software (e.g., Photoshop) to manipulate images as needed.

Present design concepts and ideas to clients or stakeholders for feedback and approval.

Communicate effectively to understand and incorporate client feedback into revisions.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.

Coordinate with other team members, such as copywriters, marketers, and developers, to complete projects.

Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and software advancements.

Conduct research to understand the target audience and competitors' design strategies.

Prepare final designs for print production, ensuring they meet printing specifications.

Optimize designs for digital platforms, considering factors like screen resolution and file size.

Review final designs for errors and ensure high-quality standards are maintained.

Perform pre-press checks and oversee the printing process if necessary.

Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance design skills.

Experiment with new design tools and techniques to stay innovative.

Qualifications:

- A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field is often required. Some employers may accept an associate degree combined with significant experience and a strong portfolio.
- Expertise in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, Sketch, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of web design principles, including HTML/CSS, responsive design, and user experience (UX) design can be a plus.
- Experience with animation, video editing, and multimedia design may be beneficial.
- Strong creative skills and the ability to generate new ideas and concepts.
- Knowledge of typography principles, including font selection and typesetting.
- Understanding of layout principles, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in design work.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with clients and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with both print and digital design requirements, including file formats, resolutions, and color modes.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address design challenges and feedback.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, demonstrating creativity, skill, and versatility.
- Previous work experience as a graphic designer, whether through internships, freelance work, or employment. Experience in a specific industry (e.g., advertising, marketing, publishing) can be advantageous.
- Understanding of branding and marketing concepts to create cohesive and effective visual communications.
- Arabic nationality prepared.
- With Valid QID and NOC.
- Can join immediately.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
