**Key Responsibilities**:
Talent Acquisition and Sourcing
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals.
- Gather feedback from interviewers and facilitate decision-making processes.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and role requirements.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress and challenges.
- Advise hiring managers on market trends, salary expectations, and availability of skills.
- Promote the organization’s values, mission, and culture to attract top talent.
- Represent the company at job fairs, industry events, and networking sessions.
Data Management and Reporting
- Prepare recruitment metrics and reports, such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and sourcing effectiveness.
- Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and suggest improvements.
Onboarding Support
- Coordinate with HR and relevant departments to ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
- Assist in developing onboarding materials and facilitate orientation sessions as needed.
- Conduct follow-ups with new hires during their first months to gather feedback on the hiring and onboarding experience.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on recruitment best practices and industry trends to enhance the hiring process.
- Continuously evaluate and improve sourcing and recruitment methods to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify and resolve challenges in the recruitment process, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and interview methods.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Experience in employer branding and social media recruitment strategies.
- Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
- Proficiency in data analysis and recruitment metrics.
**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
