We are looking for a sharp administrator to provide leadership support and keep the office running smoothly and efficiently.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage data in spreadsheets and reports
- Keep records and reports up to date
- Help maintain the budget plan
- Organize and schedule meetings and events
- Supervise other staff and delegate responsibilities
- Handle technical issues in their area of expertise
- Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an **office administrator**, office assistant or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
- **Proficient in MS Excel (pivot table, spreadsheets, graph, macro)**:
- Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
- High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
