**FEMALE / MALE CLEANER**

**Position Overview**:We are seeking dedicated and diligent Cleaners to join our team at Ritaj Facility Management. Cleaners play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our clients' premises. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cleaning Operations**: Perform routine cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting, to ensure that facilities are maintained in a clean and orderly condition.
- **Surface Sanitization**: Use appropriate cleaning agents to sanitize surfaces, including restrooms, common areas, and other high-touch surfaces, in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
- **Waste Disposal**: Properly collect, segregate, and dispose of waste and trash following established protocols and environmentally friendly practices.
- **Restocking Supplies**: Replenish cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other consumables as needed to ensure availability for staff and visitors.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Clean and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, ensuring their proper functionality and safe usage.
- **Adherence to Protocols**: Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines to maintain consistent quality and efficiency.
- **Health and Safety**: Adhere to health and safety regulations and use protective equipment as required to maintain a safe working environment.
- **Communication**: Report any maintenance or repair needs, incidents, or safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
- **Professionalism**: Maintain a neat and tidy appearance, displaying professionalism and a positive attitude while interacting with colleagues and clients.
- **Quality Control**: Participate in periodic inspections to ensure that cleaning standards are met and maintained.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on client needs and scheduling requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial services is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering consistently clean and well-maintained environments.
- Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and collaborate as part of a team.
- Good communication skills to understand and carry out tasks effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and moving objects as needed.
- Knowledge of health and safety guidelines and willingness to adhere to them.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
